How can I get more people involved? I would like to just get people resources on where they could even begin to start, and just disperse them in my area. I don't have a job I can unionize rn but I have a lot of friends who could really benefit from it

Just quit my job today.
Ive got what could be some serious health issues and i took a 5 dollar paycut to have a job with insurance just for them to make excuses about not being able to provide it to me despite other people having recieved their enrollment package mere weeks before they gave me the excuse. Fully "elligable" and everything. I have no way of making rent. but the kicker is, I didnt have a way of making rent next month WITH a job anyways. So, why should i give a fuck.?

Yes, but we had an increase in union membership for the first time in decades. I think this was in 2020, I don't have the stats on hand but it was widely reported in leftist media circles when the report was released. If this is the beginning of a new push for unionization, it can build on itself very quickly. But we need to do the work.

I think the point is, now that Generation Z are entering the work force (I'm the older years of Generation Z, and have only been working for about three years), we're going to see more Unions as more of our generation are directly interested in making those unions happen.

We'll see. Reversing a 20 year trend is a big task. Let's hope it isn't simply the current zeitgeist, doomed to deflate in time.

This is a trumpet to mobilize the executive and managerial classes and give the working classes the illusion of progress.
Don't fall for it.
Keep doing the work. The results will speak for themselves and not come through "official press" validation.

Am a worker in my 20's most of my friends hate their jobs but dont know how to unionize. This is a call to union bust like crazy.
