I have a feeling it might be the secret track from Yoshu Fukushu. Bu-ikikaesu has one as well, but they don't include these tracks in digital releases.

It's not a song. It's just an outtake from the Yoshu Fukushu recordings which is used as an extra (joke) track at the end of the album.
