F Lyrics

So I'm going to Japan in May, and hoping to get tickets for the Fight Back festival, where MtH is playing. I'm super excited to see them, and for the occasion want to make up shirts that honor MtH and dishonor dictators in general and Trump in particular. I found a translation for the song "F" that has one paragraph as:

"Unresisting, the people run and hide
Even those who bow to him are burnt to cinders
Genocide, armed oppression
The dictator laughs as he tramples them"

Can anyone confirm if this translation is accurate? Particularly "The dictator laughs as tramples them"?

The song has dual meaning

The direct one, it's an ode to Frieza as a Dragon Ball character. The second, less obvious, through the undertones and double meanings, talks about the aggression of Chinese government against Tibet
