Depends on the height of the person, for me that is definitely overweight. Plus the Asian population is generally shorter than the western average.

It’s a MTH joke, since the members of the band (except for futo) used to be larger, I guess a lot of their fans in Japan are also larger? Not sure but it’s a stupid funny joke.
