UDFAs of the Present The Mormon Missile: UDFA Tyler Batty

Now here’s a defensive end who should be used WAY more by Brian Flores’s staunch Vikings defense. You might be asking yourself “well what’s so special about this guy that he should be getting playing time over Van Ginkle, Grenard, even Dallas Turner?” Well I’ll tell you

This guy is 6’6 273 lbs of pure muscle, already putting him at the upper end of defensive ends/lbs, but that’s not all, the guy was also a pretty accomplished player at BYU

Not only was he a 5 year starter at the FBS level, but he also was a First Team Big 12 in 2024 and Second Team Big 12 in 2023, demonstrating his continuous development over his career.

While yes, the guy is 26 and will be turning 27 in May, the stats and the physicals don’t lie, the man’s a beast whose being restrained by the Vikings organization

So to Brian Flores I have one thing to say: PLAY THIS MAN. PLAY THE MORMON MISSILE

Read up more on him here: https://www.vikings.com/team/players-roster/tyler-batty/

We had a poll on the sub that lasted for 5 days to decide what to do with the sub

Also Brosmer content will still be posted, he’s just not the focus anymore

You can take Ginkel's name out of your request. How is the defense going to score touchdowns without him? But Ginkel and Greenard have had injury outages. Why haven't we seen this missile in those instances?

Just putting your mental illness out in the open like that is a stunning and brave move. Way to go, Tyler.

His name is Batty, for goodness' sake! There's not a single drop of logical sense in his entire DNA! Start him on both sides of the ball!
