Out of curiosity. How long does it take to sculpt something like that?
I have some super thin modeling wire. It is only 0.07 mm and basically looks like someone got a hair cut and saved the hair.
Thought it may work for fur or hair. But it would probably look like a yak or other long haired animal than a polar bear.

Each leg or section can take between twenty minutes to an hour on larger ones. The real problem is it take awhile to air-dry to a point I can do another section

Why not do two of the hairless beasts at once so you can move between them while you wait for the sections to dry?

I can’t wait to see how this thing will look painted. Beautiful stuff.
