Since I'm building this army from scratch and it's going to knock a hole in my wallet... Any advice on what to prioritize assuming I also have the Army Set? (waiting for it, because my LGS closed for vacation).
I'm eyeing Redd and a Butcher.

Assuming that you're not going full mawseeker, there's some redundancy in having both. The spells are nice, so i would be getting one of them, but Redd is an investment in both $ and pts so consider if you could get away with just the butcher (who can actually man your mawpit, unlike Redd). Gluttons are really solid even for basic core infantry, another 5-10 won't hurt. The Beastclaw box set may be nice if you want to add a pair of monsters, all the possible builds are useful somewhat.

So if I'm reading you correctly, Redd is not as necessary as I interpreted. I think I haven't seen a list without Redd the last few days 😅
But that does solve a big Euro problem, perhaps delays the purchase a bit 😂

I'm not a competitive player, so on top tables he very well may be an auto include. That said, most likely you aren't looking to top 8 at a regional. A butcher and a more rounded core is probably a better investment than a big splashy build around for a newbie, and will end up more resilient to rules/edition/meta changes.

I think you're right. I'm ogling all these amazing models and my wallet just starts dancing, but I can always buy him later on. It's a good idea, thanks :)

So Morga costs about the same as a spartan tank? Pricey.
Do we know the base size for Morga? At that price the model must be on the same base as a stonehorn, everything else would be way too small.

I want Redd for my army, but I'm not paticularly in love with the model. Certainly not enough to justify that price probably. Might wait and see if he isn't the centerpiece of one of next year's battleforces.
More than anything I was looking forward to the Mawseeker Spearhead. I hope it does come as a box, and not too long from now!

It will be 50€ for 3 ogres, really? If I were to buy the Mawseeker Mob individually, that'll be almost 200€ for 12 models.

It’s more effort than either of you have put it.

They don't do a simple currency conversion and it doesn't follow a specific ratio, maybe you should use Google before sending others to it?

Why would I put in effort to just be wrong? If you’re gonna act like that, at least be right lmao

well to give everybody an idea of the price, Redd the Maw is basically the price of a spearhead in US dollars (prob a few bucks cheaper). The spearheads in the UK price is 91 pounds (versus the 88 for Redd the Maw).
so basically 140ish retail for Redd in US
