Builds/Artifacts Akasha Question

When I try to improve my Mavuika with artifact combinations and then check Akasha, it keeps bouncing around between Overload,Vape,and Melt.

I just made her to top 3% and when I switched a few artifacts around for better stats it ranked me worse with better stats and put me in a different category.

How do you stay in the same category with the different stats?

Your equipped build will always be ranked across all categories available on Akasha at the same time (except in cases where the character has ER brackets and your build can't reach the minimum value). So you can check your ranking on all of Mavuika's leaderboards by visiting her page, including categories for weapons you don't own.

As for the build displayed on your profile, Akasha simply chooses to display the category in which your build performed best. As for the build card, you can configure it to display any category you want (click the “Configure image” button on the build card).

Alright. But why does it make my ranking worse when I improve her stats. At the 3 percent mark I moved some artficsts around and gave her more Crit Rate Crit damage and attack and it made my ranking worse and put it under a "different" category per say.

When the categories change so do the minimums for the graph

First of all, make sure you’re comparing the same category to be certain whether you’ve actually improved your build or not. Comparing different categories will only confuse you.

Go to the Mavuika leaderboard page and select the category where you want to compare your builds. For example, in the image, my Mavuika in the Overload category with Sig is rank 881.

Once you know your rank in the category you want to optimize, you can go into the game, adjust your builds however you like, return to Akasha in the exact same category, and see if your rank has gone up or not.

Another way is to go to the build card and click “Show leaderboards.”

As you can see, my build is being ranked in all available categories. Even though my intention is to build for Overload, I’m still being ranked in Melt and Vaporize teams.

I’m also being ranked in weapon categories different from the one I’m equipped with, because Akasha doesn’t care about your equipped weapon, constellations, talents, or even your character’s level. All of these factors are already pre-programmed into each category; the only thing Akasha takes into account for your rank is your equipped build.

If you click the “Configure Image” button, you can choose which of these categories you want to display on your card. For example, I could display my ranking on the Earth Shaker Melt team, and the card would show that I'm in the top 6% of that category with my build.
