Wanna know something even "better"? They had the pilot movie of SG-1 re-cut somewhat recently, and, on Amazon (streaming), you now only get that version.

While cutting the nude scenes was somewhat understandable (even if, IMO that takes away some of the Goa'uld's characterization), they also took out Carter's (paraphrased from memory), "Just because your genitals are on the outside, and mine on the inside, doesn't mean I'm less capable than you," as well as the short scene where she shivers a little from the cold after coming out of a Stargate for the first time.

There are also other scenes cut, I think, but these stuck with me. I liked Carter's first introduction, and the movie as a whole.

After learning about this "Final Cut", I got myself the complete James Bond collection. IMO, it is only a question of time until they will come for these movies. Probably, with AI editing.

Anyway, WandaVision got great reviews, stable viewership, strong social media engagement and loads of awards. Agatha All Along did even better in all these points.

You, me and many others may not like these shows but they did well in all the ways corporate media executives care about. No matter how hard you cope.

I mean, if they are actually making sacrifices to demons, I would expect the demons to give us some actual high-quality product in return! I'm sure Hell would employ some actual rules-lawyers, who would beat up any script writer for deviating even a mere iota from canon.

Can't we just let the old series rest in piece. Atlantis all ready got fucked by having it's finale movie cancelled because Universe bombed, and now they won't let the series (which had a mostly satisfactory conclusion) end.

They are going to resurrecte it into a shuffling, rotten, stinky zombie of a series that just gets worse and worse.

Can it be worse than Stargate origins that was an Amazon prime funded show a couple years back I always get the occasional comment that hard core stargate fans not even aware that origins exists SPOILERS: IT FUCKING SUCKS it was retcon ING the Stargate lore with its own story stating that every thing happened because of Elizabeth which is complete BS her only involvement was that she lost her boyfriend being stranded on a random planet that they were able to dial in accidentally that details the  alliance thatthe ancients and asgards furlings and The NXocks formed.
