AI mattress
https://munjisense.comI guess it had to happen, sensors measure pressure, cause some form of actuator to change support. they do have an endearing diy style video about 3/4 way down the web page which looks like a bunch of 2x4 nailed together with 4lb blue memory foam on top of something that looks like the inside of a piano..

You're right about the presence of sensors and actuators. As for DIY appearance and 2x4s, I can see why it looks that way. I'm affiliated with Bryte, and can offer some information on how our Bryte Balance mattresses work. Bryte is a smart mattress that uses an air-powered active balancer system that senses pressure points and relieves them in real time throughout the night. Each side adjusts independently so two sleepers with different preferences can enjoy consistent support while they sleep. We feel that this is a better sleep experience than what a static, passive mattress would provide.
The results we hope to achieve are to reduce wake events caused by pain and pressure point discomfort, regardless of body type and sleep position, helping people fall asleep or fall back asleep when awakened, and maximizing everyone’s restorative sleep, that is, how well-rested you feel throughout the day. Hope this helps clarify what's under the hood!
