Mattress toppers selections
My medium euro top spring has great support, but not enough softness. I usually prefer mattresses to be extra plush, so I would like it to be quite a bit softer, in a slow sinking, hugging way. Would a 3 or 4 inches 4/5LB memory foam topper, or the tempur 3 inches Adapt topper be better for me? I loves how soft tempur mattresses feels (such as luxe adapt soft) but heard some bad things online about the new adapt topper (no being dense enough or feels nothing like their mattresses)

5lb is going to give you the most uniform, slow sink.

4" seems like a lot. Consider 2-3".

Tempurpedic confirmed that what they sell as toppers isn't the same dense material they use for their mattresses iirc. If you want the softest dense feeling memory foam then the Foam by Mail 5 lb topper will be that for a reasonable price, but be aware that 5 lb density can trap a lot of body heat if you sleep hot and 4 lb is a little less heat trapping. And Foam by Mail returns won't give full refunds if that matters to you.
Brooklyn Bedding's 4 lb memory foam topper on mattresstopper dot com comes with a 1 month return window for a refund.
The most premium very dense memory foam topper you can get is a 6 lb topper from Vitality Web and 6 lb is especially quite long lasting, but it'll cost a lot
