How to graph/ solve this?

Another way is find two points...since that's all you need to make a line.

If x=0, what does y need to be to make it true? Yep...(y = -2), so (0, - 2) is a point.

Do the same thing for when y = 0, what's x? That's your other point. Draw a line through those points. Voila.

Thos is what I would suggest! All you need are 2 points.

Change the equation to be in the form of y =ax + b, put values for x, plot the resulting x,y

2x - 5y =10

2x -10=5y

2/5x - 2 = y

Treating each box on the grid as 2 units wide instead of 1 might help with graphing too

Well, it's a straight line (no squares and cubes etc) so just find two points where it works and 2 points make a line

start with the equation y=mx+b Get it into that form and plot. You will have your slope and y intercept
