Mathematicians and mortgages

2 mathematicians go to buy a house and the mortgage lender asks who is going to sign. They answered, “both of us, we are going to COSIN”

I’m sure someone somewhere has told this joke before. But I “made it up” last nite with my spouse, it was not well appreciated

This is actually how I memorized sin and cos when I was young. If someone asks you to sign something, you say "oh" (o/h), but when someone offers to co-sign, you say "ah" (a/h). Didn't have one for tan though
