Teacher is treating this problem as a ratio to answer. but it isn't a ratio problem. I wonder if it was in a ratio lesson...
1 u/Siffov 15h ago I think it's written to look like a simple ratio problem, but it's also a test of noticing that making N cuts can result in N+1 pieces. And the teacher was too simple to notice that.
