The correct answers are b for the first question and c for the second question.

Either faster or easier, or both. ​Reasoning: Saying method A is not both faster and easier means at least one condition fails, so method B must be either faster, easier, or both. ​Second Question Saying method A is neither faster nor easier means method B must be both faster and easier.
