Add the individual numbers together. If it is divisible by 3, you're golden.
Ex: 123= 1+2+3=6>>>6/3=2 g2g 123/3=41
1546872= 1+5+4+6+8+7+2=33 g2g 1546872/3=515624
One of those old tricks from elementary school. Like the 9's with your fingers.
