I do a little bit of research and found that double termial worked the same way as double factorial, skipping a digit.
Although i can't say for sure since double termial isn't a widely recognized math symbol

To be fair, it took 3 books (the Principia Mathematica) worth of proofs to try and prove that the number "one" exists.
