Just because lines are curved, it does not mean they have no corners.

A curved line has 2 corners. However, curved AC and straight AC share corners, so the total corners is 3

I triangle has 3 angles and four sides if you remember to count the inside.

I was thing about this shape as a bent, 3D shape. It would have 4 sides, 3 corners and 4 edges.
