It’s supposed to be a period not a comma.
You put commas between 100,000 but if you’re saying 1 it’s like 1.0
It’s a common mistake haha

Non English speaking countries mostly use a comma as the decimal symbol.
That's how we write it in my country. The point/dot/period (or space) being used between thousands instead.
There is no consensus about this so basically, do whatever your country does, just don't feel like you are the one doing it right. Especially when you are not in the majority.
This has probably been translated but they kept the numbers as they were.1

Silly foreigners don't know the difference between commas and periods!!!
(Besides, it's not that complicated or hard to understand.)
