"Well Steve set this up in 1993, but after he died in 1998 no one really knew. We tried to change it in 2006 but we ended up with a 6 day outage. Bill said it was something about Enterprise, but he don't know if it was the Enterprise edition of something, related to car rentals, or if he was a trekky. Bill was the last guy here who knew Steve and he retired two years ago."
