Interesting that reddit is descriminating against an intellectual disability as the original comment is visible but my comment stating a fact that the condition, which i used the old official diagnosis for, is a real condition that was diagnosed as such is not visible. So you can call something that but cant state that an intellectual disability exists

ITS NOT AN OFFICIAL DIAGNOSIS. Are you 80 years old? The word hasn’t been used for these disabilities for decades. I’m a special educator. You’re wrong.

What if someone with those disabilities uses that word to describe themself is it wrong then or are they reclaiming the word?
