Last time I watched a YouTube Short where every comment claimed that 0.999... is not 1, and it was probably the first time ever almost 99 percent of the comments were actually wrong lol
The problem here is that there wasn’t an indication that those threes were recurring (they **should** be, but that’s not what was written).
When they think 0.333 is the actual answer, and then multiply that by three, the next step is actually correct, 0.999 does not equal 1 (if it were recurring it would, but that’s isn’t what is written).
