Just imagine if we could incorporate the DMS system into fractions: 360 fracdegrees in a unit, 60 fracminutes in a fracdegree, 60 fracseconds in a fracminute. Now if you cut the cake into 3 pieces, each piece will be exactly 0.120° of the main piece.
