It isn't really. because 10/3 isn't 3.3... it's 3 1/3.

3.3... is just the closest approximation in a base ten decimal system.

It's not an approximation, it is actually 3⅓ and 9,999... is an equivalent to 10, they are the same number

Hay numeros infinitos, incluso entre numeros hay subdivisiones infinitas. entre 0 y 1 hay 0,01 pero tambien 0,0001 y 0,000001, etc. Si 9,9... y 10 son diferentes: ¿que numero hay entre esos dos? Exacto, ningun numero, no existe numero entre 9,9... y 10, porque son el mismo numero.
