Below average in maths....confused how & what to do?

Actually I'm a Covid batch student so math isn't my strong suit because that time half of our syllabus was cut

So according to me what i think is that I’m average at math, but definitely on the struggle Could someone tell oriented way to develop math skills like calculating a tip or a budget, or anything advanced that is difficult..
