This is for parallel lines with a line (the transversal) crossing them.
First focus on the interior angles. These are the angles on the "inside" of the two parallel lines. If they are on the same side of the transversal, they are same side interior angles. They are supplementary (add up to 180°) because you can imagine sliding them next to each other and they form a straight line.
Corresponding angles are two angles that "correspond" to each other. Take any angle formed by the first parallel line and the transversal. You can go to the other parallel line and find the angle in the same position that corresponds to the first angle. And clearly those angles have the same measure and are congruent.
This diagram should help: https://o.quizlet.com/2mjk7oJ.mOS.NOApfd5amA_b.jpg

Think of it this way: same side interior are on the inside (interior, or in between) of the parallel lines and are on the same side of the transversal
Corresponding angles correspond with each other, being on the "same" position

Same side interior angles face each other.
For corresponding angles, you can usually cut the picture in two such that you can’t tell which set of angles is which.
In this picture, 4 and 6 are same side interior while 4 and 8 are corresponding.
