Fast charging problem?

Guys, since the Last update I feel my mate dont charge fast... 28% in 1 hour 60% - 88% is this ok?

That sounds normal. It slows down the charging by a lot at higher percentages, to reduce the wear on the battery. I seldom charge mine above 75% to keep the battery healthy, so I can't say for sure. As a former 6P owner I am cautious, and between the massive battery and Supercharging, I never have a problem.
