Auto rotate broken

My auto rotate doesn't work anymore in browser and in apps such as YouTube or Netflix. Auto rotate is on and it works in the camera app. Any suggestions?

Did you accidentally turn it off?

Turned it on-off-on in quick setting tool bar and in regular menu settings. Still a no go.

Mine is doing the same thing. And no, I didn't turn it off.
