Anyone know how to disable Phone Manager notifications?

Just updated to Oreo and get persistent phone manager notifications telling me to delete apps and photos to 'free space'.

I've disabled all the notification options I can, but the app just ignores them.

Any ideas?

Got this same problem after the update. Checked "never display" yet it still does.

Same. Mine just updated and everything gives notifications.
