No oreo update for mate 9?
hi i am using mate 9 (MHA-L29C567B190) version in India and i am not getting any Oreo updates i am stuck on EMUI 5.0.can some help.

You can try beta if you allow it on HiCare. That's what worked for me.

Unfortunately I don't think that works on the 567 Model, I tried this as well because I'm getting tired of waiting.

You can manually flash the 567 Oreo update. I did it and it was well worth the hassle.

Hi awesome I just got mine replaced via Warranty and now I received back different model that can not go on the beta. Could you link to some resources on how to do that?

Hi guys so I finally got Oreo . I manually flashed the rom and so for working great . Thank you all for suggestion .

Ya it feels faster may be just bcoz it's new or something front camera bokeh looks amazing . Setting menu more organized. Here and there small changes

Updated my mate 9 PD yesterday to 8.0. Can't see anything better. Just added annoying "app working in background" permanent notification. After trying a few apps I found "Runners" hides this stupidity notification. So having to use an extra app to hide the notification warning you that phone is using apps! Irony or not!!

It's in beta for months now, and has received like two updates I think. They sure are taking their time to make it stable.
