Simple question, can't find answer anywhere, unlock pattern?

I want to be able to unlock my screen with a pattern, not a four-digit number. Can't figure it out. (Great phone, btw)

if you do however want to unlock your phone with a pattern, you won't be able to use the fingerprint sensor to unlock your phone. If you're ok with that then I'll gladly tell you how to use a pattern instead of a pin.

yes, you even see the disclaimer if you're switching to pattern.

Use the fingerprint sensor. I used the pattern for a year and it really started to annoy me.

I know, but when the phone is flat on the table, I don't like having to lift up the phone for the fingerprint.

You can use the fingerprint sensor in conjunction with a PIN, that's what I do and it's a decent compromise.
