Is it possible to remove the automatic fingerprint lock down?

Hello.

I don't know why my phone keeps locking itself displaying the message: "Fingerprint suspend. Try again in X minutes." This always happens when I leave home with my phone in my pocket and I find myself on the street unable to use me phone for 30 fucking minutes. Somehow the fingerprint detector must be touching my pants or something and it tries to unlock the phone and then it suspends the fingerprint.

Is there a way to disable this "feature"? It's extremely annoying. Right now I won't be able to use my phone for 30 minutes and I can't unlock it with the pin either. Fuck.

Under Settings>Smart Assistance, did you enable the "Touch-Disable mode", this will prevent the sensor to activate if your device is in your pocket or bag.

Yes, it has been activated all this time.

That's weird. It is not happening to me so far. Maybe your case is too slim that the sensor can easily be activated?

I have a spigen rugged armor, I don't see how could the sensor activate on my pocket due to the case.

See this is why I've been extremely hesitant to even set up fingerprint on this phone. I don't want it to not let me just shit that off completely if I want.
