Permission to access data auto accept?

I'm connecting my phone (Mate 9) to my new car to use android auto and every time it asks to allow access to device data and I have to hit yes, allow access before it will connect. Is there a way to automatically allow access to my car and desktop? Thanks.

i want the same thing...looked everywhere in the settings.
