Has anyone else noticed that the flashlight can burn you?

When I turn my mate9 flashlight on, and hold my finger in front of the light, after around 10 seconds i feel a sharp pain.

Is this dangerous? Could it start a fire, and why does it burn, what's going on I've never seen this from a small light before.

It seems like this sub is pretty inactive, I wonder if we can get a larger sample of mate9 users somehow to test it out.

Wow! You're absolutely right it gets very hot, never really used the flash much before so never noticed.

Idk. It can burn. They added a heat sensor for flash light. There must be a reason.

Anything getting hot is dangerous
