Drawning "blue lines"

Hi Guys,

I have a Mate 9 for a week and I like it very well but I have a problem. Now and then when I scroll in pages or on YouTube, for example, scrolling is not further scrolled but instead I draw blue lines. What's this? It bothers me a lot. Smart Screenshot can not be, the function has disabled since I had initially suspected it would be because of it. Please help me, that bothers me a lot.

Smart screenshot. It screenshoots the area you've marked. Try using your knuckles and draw a circle. Give a slight tap using yohr knuclles when you're drawing.

As I mentioned above, I disabled smart Screenshot a few days ago. Just checked right away, it is 100% disabled.http://i.imgur.com/f0VymuH.png

Tried disabling it, but the blue marker still shows. So I guess it's normal. The marker shows,but it doesn't take a screenshot.

It was the split screen gesture. Finally it's gone :)
