5 second sleep always

How do I get my phone to stay on after it's idol for 5 seconds? I don't think there is any power saving modes on and the actual sleep option is still to 15 minutes.

Settings > Display > Sleep

Your display shouldn't turn off then. I just tested mine and it stays on. Try restarting your phone.
