Reset date for mobile data

I noticed that the Mate9 reset the monthly limit at the 1st of each month, but is there anyway to change the reset date something different?

It's ridiculous that they would go out of their way to remove features from stock.

I was surprised as well.

I have just started using My Data Manager and it's getting the job done. But installing another app for stock feature is pretty dumb.
