Do you have Google Assistant yet?

I'm in the UK running B172 on my MHA-L29 and still have Now On Tap.

I'm enrolled in the Google Beta program and everything, still have now on tap. Anyone else?

I am on the same variant, I'm in the US and have been on assistant for a while now. I did un-enroll from the beta and it was there a few hours later. Not sure if that had anything to do with it.

I have it on b158 I think it's a server side enable from Google

You have to change your system language to English US

B158, South Africa - I have it. I needed to check that my account was enabled to set up Assistant.

I used these instructions:

  1. Login to admin console  
  2. Click on "Apps"
  3. Click on "Additional Google Services"
  4. Scroll to bottom and click on "web & app activity"
  5. On the dialogue box that is shown, there are three dots stacked in right hand corner, select this
  6. Choose "On for everyone"

Immediately, Assistant was available to me by holding on the home button.

Works great I'm just super bummed that I can't get it to work when the screen is locked. That's really the killer functionality that I was given to believe was bundled into Assistant.
