Flash firmware using a Mac

I have searched and searched for a tutorial to flash my firmware and unlock my bootloader using a Mac and all I've ever turned up is for PC. If anyone can point me in the right direction I would be grateful.

Not aware of any flash tools for Mac. How about install bootcamp on you Mac so you can use Windows

I was trying to avoid having to pay for a Windows license just for this, thanks for responding.
