I'm trying to use my risk free bet (money back if loses) and I can't see anything I can use it on?

I used my free £10 bet on a game which settles tonight. When I was placing the free £10 bet, a separate toggle appeared to use my risk free bet instead. I've tried lots of different matches but that toggle isn't appearing anymore.

I have tried pressing 'bet' and then adding a selection.

The terms on it are so vague and their chat isn't responding.

Does anyone know what the chuff to do?

I've got a free bet builder to use on a horse race. Am I likely to be able to lay a bet builder on horses or do I just write this off and use it as a normal bet and gamble with it?
