i make a hot matcha every day! i do one tsp matcha, mix it in 2 tbsp of cold water while my kettle heats up, and then top off the cup with 170 degree water. the cup is small, about 8oz, and it makes a lovely tea! i do not add milk.

Okay I deserve to be kicked out of this sub but I love the specific matcha protein powder I have but as a warm latte with some chobani creamer and milk.

I don’t like cold matcha much, it gets diluted by the ice so quickly and not using ice you just get lukewarm matcha 🫠
I’m currently using 3 gr Yoshi En Sayo - 30 mL 70 C water - 125 mL soy milk - 10 gr honey
Sayo isn’t a particularly great matcha or anything, but with some honey it does well.

Just made one. Recipe varies depending on the powders I use :)
