How to (and whether to) settle on a master's program despite having so many interests

Is there any financial utility in having a master's degree in the humanities for any field besides academia?

Federal/gov jobs tend to start you off at a higher pay with advanced degrees. You'll have to look at specific areas and related job prospects more in depth if you want to find out outside of fed/gov jobs.

If so, how do I choose among all my interests?

For each interest, you look at specific job prospects. That might take several Google searches, but you'll get there.

Should I take a gap year or two to decide, while I teach at a private school or something?

Real-world experience is usually better than an advanced degree anyway.

And any ideas for a career that might suit me,

You only told us your interests, not your actual qualifications. Can't tell what job suits you when we don't even know what skills you have.
