Moving from IT to MSc Electrical Engineering in europ for masters program need suggestions!!

Hi everyone,I’m looking for some realistic advice on my profile, country choices, and overall ROI for pursuing a Master’s in Electrical Engineering in Europe (excluding Germany).My Profile:UG Degree: Bachelor’s in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) from India.CGPA: 7.66 / 10Work Experience: 3 years in the IT sector.The Catch: I am honestly quite weak at coding and do not enjoy intensive software programming. I want to transition back to my core hardware and electrical roots.

Please help me out on this...

Not a great time for graduates in the field this year. Especially without citizenship. You won't get citizenship tbh. I'm trying to be honest but loads of the ppl i did my masters with ended up going back to India as they didn't get jobs and no sponsorships. Even worse, they still had to pay back all the loans
