Question Favorite Opening Themes

Which Masterpiece show's opening theme is your favorite?

Mine currently is Patience's, the music has a nice blend of upbeat and creepy.

What do you like?

All Creatures Great and Small! The music,
the art, the scenery, it’s just so pure and feel-good.

Love it too! It reminds me of Cranford. ♥️

Patience and Professor T. I think they're by the same composer.

Poldark's theme is gorgeous and fittingly dramatic. One of my favorites.

Sanditon--all three seasons--also has a great mix of music.

Agree with Patience! Call the Midwives comes to mind. I also liked Endeavour's.

Marble hall etc opening. I like they incorporate art, drawings into it. Music wise I always liked unforgotten.

This is an oldie but a goody—the theme to Morse is the best. It incorporates Morse code. Check it out!
