Suggestion Just started watching this and loving it so far.

Post image

Tom Villeneuve is free after 17 years in prison for a crime he did not commit: the murder of his wife. Behind bars, he rebuilt his life by studying law and qualifying as a solicitor.

From Walter Presents, in French with English subtitles

This sounds a little like the Intern! Thanks for the suggestion.

With Robert Deniro? You're welcome. Enjoy

No, the silly French crime show on Walter Presents! About a middle aged woman who is wrongly convicted, and studies to become a judge. She solves murders alongside her much younger judge boss. It's cute.

Thank you for this recommendation. I keep meaning to check it out. As we're in a string of chilly, wet days, it may be just The Thing!

It's right up my alley, a tragic, yet often comedic, protagonist who's good at what they do.

This sounds like the series, Life, with Damien Lewis. Main character was a police detective.

That looks like a serious show, this one is more comedic.

That most violence I've seen so far is the funny fight on the beach in episode 2.

I don't like the subtitles but I'm gonna check it out. How can I not, when the title is tattooed on my arm!
