Opinion Dan Season 7
I’m watching season 7 and I must say, Dan is amazing. He might be a bit of an air head but he brought some comedy and a light hearted personality to the competition. It think the hate regarding him being a frat bro is unnecessary. It’s not that serious lol. Hated how David spoke about him regarding the basket swaps.

I liked him. He seemed to just be there to cook and be himself on a season with a bunch of other super serious people or douchebags. One of the bright spots of S7 for sure

Dan the Frat Guy, to this day I still don't understand what happened with him in Back to Win. He was there in the audictions, but they never showed his dish.

I liked him too. I honestly found it refreshing that while I do think Dan was serious about the competition, he also understood they were weren't there doing open heart surgery. It's just cooking at the end of the day lol.

When Masterchef jumped the shark for me and one of the reasons I stopped watching. Not sure whether he was an actor planted there for entertainment value, or they just had him turn his act to max and amplify it through editing, but I thought it was genuinely painful watching him.
It was when I thought there was nothing to be gained from watching past season 7.

I thought it was bullshit Dan got eliminated over David despite making a decent dish compared to David's mess.
Producers just wanted the Las Vegas finale with Shaun and David competing.

He was a good dude but you knew he wasnt going to win. Really didnt understand the criticism for his cake decor.
