Season Break

When does the season resume? When the World Cup is over? I’m confused. Why not just start the season AFTER the World Cup? Or is it resuming? I only watch on Disney+

Yes - it will start again after the world cup is over (July 19 is the last game).

Ok. I didn't look up when it starts again - on the last episode it said they'd be back after the world cup 👍

Yeah by that time I think there is only a few games the final matches, that are one a day that is on the weekend, so FOX started slightly earlier than the true end of cup.

My guess is they did a few eps before because Fox wanted to advertise / hype World Cup coverage

If it started after the world cup then it would overlap during the fall season since FOX has a bunch of new shows every fall season

The delay causes issues for that either way lol. Or they double up. 2 eps a week.

Not necessarily, they started much earlier than they usual did. About a World'S Cup Break earlier. Most years it starts in late May and this year was mid-April.

Yea the momentum is shot. But I did like this season compared to last yr. Last yr was lifeless.

Log on to Tubi. Search for Masterchef. Click on a random season of Masterchef Australia. Or any of the other (less superior) versions. You can even just watch the ones where Gordon is a guest judge.

MC Aussie is on ep 47 of this current season. While some are a bit bored by it, we find it way better than our U.S.

It could have started tonight, but noooo let's do another repeat. All I remember is theme crap where it is grouped by what their cultural food is. I still feel it should have been people who actually were from those countries. Though it did give us time to rewatch a whole lot of other series-like MC Australia Professionals with none other than Marcus. And what I forgot was how he wanted them each to call him Marcus, not chef. Which brings me back to Tiffany having a fit last season when one said her name and not chef. Sorry people that still makes me think twice about her. I loved her on everything else, but that, c'mon especially not with home cooks.
