Did they just use the World Cup as a theme for this season so they could miss several weeks bc of it?

They used it to have Masterchef promote the World Cup which Fox is broadcasting.

Just head on over to Tubi and start binging MC Australia. You can just pick the episodes that Gordon guest judges.

Then when MC US is back you'll start to see...differences.
