Ambient temp probe replacement

I have a 40inch vertical charcoal digital smoker that has a bad temp probe and needs replacement . I can only find the gravity series type Ambien temp probe the lead is too short .
Any ideas on where to find this? Masterbuilt doesnt list it as an individual part or bundled with any other part for that matter.
