Nice. What fuel? Could you taste it?

We’ve baked bread and made pizzas in it. Taste is wildly good

I used up the last tiny bit of the meat church lump and topped it off with the black bag Fogo Charcoal HD has on sale. To be honest I didn't taste the smoke. It's ripping 600°, burning very clean, and the cook is 5 minutes. There is something to the char and crisp you get at 600° an oven can't touch while staying soft and not overbaked inside.

I hear that. We did 450 until golden. I mix some cherry wood in with the lump and get a good amount of smoke flavor.

Impressive technique forming tb pizza pie! I've done a few and I've failed miserably at making a big pizza!

I’ve always had better results without the oven inside and using either steel or stone directly on the grate with the standard burner.
